Our Philosophy
At Lotus Flower Counseling, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. We pride ourselves on being trauma informed, culturally competent, and community focused. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Our Services
We offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients, including individual therapy and Comprehensive Community Support Services. We also offer specialized services for issues such as relational trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. We provide these services to adolescents and adults (ages 13-99).
*We do not offer couples or family counseling at this time.
