Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) are available to Medicaid recipients (adolescents and adults) that are in need of support through their recovery of mental health disorders.
These services include coaching and support in employment, education, individual daily activities, leisure, and recreation.
You and your Community Support Worker (CSW) work together to build a plan that includes steps and skills to help you meet your goals.
Our CSW's are committed to supporting you through your recovery and resiliency with compassion and care.
The CCSS program is state funded through HSD and is only available to Medicaid recipients at this time.
