Job Summary
We are looking for an LPCC, LISW, or LMHC to join our expanding team of dedicated mental health professionals. The successful candidate will provide individual counseling for adolescents and/or adults, working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
This position is ideal for clinicians passionate about trauma work and client-centered care, who are committed to high-quality service delivery. Candidates must have current New Mexico licensure, professional liability insurance, and be willing to undergo a background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals
- Provide trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, IFS, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches
- Monitor client progress and make clinical adjustments as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Simple Practice (EHR)
- Participate in weekly group supervision and monthly trauma-focused trainings from our clinical director with over 30+ years of trauma informed work
- Maintain professional boundaries while working collaboratively within the team
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico licensure as an LPCC, LISW, or LMHC (must have passed state boards)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience or interest in trauma-focused therapy (EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, CPT, CBT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Passion for providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
